1. Rub skirt with canola oil and Taco Night. Allow to marinate overnight.
  2. When ready to grill, make sure you allow the meat to come to room temperature.
  3. Grill over medium high heat for about 5 minutes or until medium rare. Remove from heat and allow to rest.
  4. Slice and season with a bit more Taco Night.
  5. Serve in warm tortilla with sliced avocado, red onion, pickled jalapeƱos and sour cream.


  • 2lb skirt steak
