1. Generously season salmon with No. 19 salmon blend
  2. In a large bowl, beat eggs with 1 tbs of No. 19 salmon blend
  3. In a large bowl, combine breadcrumbs with parsley and butter
  4. Dredge salmon filets in flour, then egg mixture and then breadcrumb mixture
  5. Place on a buttered sheet pan and roast in a preheated 425 degree oven for approximately 14 minutes or until desired doneness.
  6. Serve over fennel and Satsuma salad


  1. Combine all ingredients and season as needed with salt and pepper

    • 4 (5 oz) salmon filets
    • 2 tbs Just Cook No. 19 Salmon Blend
    • 2 cup all purpose flour
    • 2 whole eggs, beaten
    • 2 cup breadcrumbs - homemade, store bought or panko
    • 1/2 bunch chopped parsley
    • 1 tbs melted butter

    Fennel and Satsuma Salad

    • 2 bulbs fennel - sliced thin on a mandolin (if you don’t own a mandolin, then buy one - it’s a handy tool)
    • 1/2 small red onion, center removed and sliced thinly
    • 2 Satsumas pealed and separated
    • 2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
    • 1 lemon, juiced
