1. Combine first 7 ingredients – if you like more kick, add more spice.
  2. Toss shrimp in No 19 Salmon blend and canola oil.
  3. Grill over medium heat until done. Cool and enjoy with cocktail sauce for dipping.


  • 1/2 jalapeno, veins and seeds removed, finely diced
  • 1/2 shallot, finely diced
  • 2 TBS fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 TBS apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cups chili sauce (like Heinz brand, or something similar)
  • 2 TBS prepared horseradish
  • 1 TBS No 19 Just Cook Salmon Blend
  • 1 lb peeled and deveined shrimp
  • 2 TBS No 19 Salmon Blend
  • 2 TBS canola oil
