- Season chicken with Just Cook Foods Any Day Chicken Blend and bake at 325 degrees for approximately 25 minutes or until cooked through.
- Mix crème fraiche, limejuice, spring onion, celery, Just Cook Foods Any Day Chicken Blend, oil and vinegar. Set aside.
- Once chicken is cooked, allow to cool. Then shred (pull the meat apart).
- Combine with the dressing mixture.
- Mix in moong dal right before serving.
Enjoy as is, or with leafy greens or on flatbread or crackers.

- 1 tbs high quality sauvignon blanc or champagne vinegar
- 1/4 cup moong dal (fried moong lentils), available in finer grocery stores or Indian markets
