Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine eggs, mayonnaise, Just Cook Ancho chicken rub, mustard cornichons
  2. Combine with potatoes and season with salt and pepper

  • 3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 TBS Just Cook Ancho Chicken Rub
  • 2 tsp whole grain mustard
  • 6 cornichons, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
